Matt O'Neill is the Head of Film at Relavox. He met Josh Hasty in 2018 during the production of Candy Corn, when Matt was brought on board to replace the existing producer. Matt’s expertise and reputation in Hollywood helped the small film turn around, finishing on time and within budget.  His dedication and knowledge impressed Josh and Lindsey Hasty, leading to his involvement in almost every Relavox project worldwide for the next four years. In 2024, Matt joined Relavox in his current position. Residing in Los Angeles, CA, Matt now leads the growth and management of Relavox's film division, focusing on both commercial and cinematic endeavors from Relavox's office in Burbank, CA.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Matt's career in the film industry has been a testament to his versatility and adaptability. His journey began in regional theater, indie films, and local commercials, eventually leading him to Los Angeles in 2006. Matt's extensive experience equips him with a unique perspective that allows him to expertly guide projects from inception to completion with empathy and respect for the process. This broad expertise ensures that each film production aligns with Relavox’s high demand for artistic integrity and resonates with viewers, regardless of the project’s size.

Matt has been an active Producers Guild of America member since 2023 and is involved in several PGA committees. His work has gone on to screen in theaters, on TVs, and personal devices in every corner of the globe, often winning awards and critical acclaim along the way. His passion for filmmaking is matched only by his dedication to human rights. As a fervent advocate for diversity and inclusion, Matt invests significant effort in promoting these principles within the film industry and beyond, continually enhancing community well-being.
